Valuation

The first stage of selling your property with us is to book in for a free property valuation. We will use our years of experience to give you a true and honest valuation of your home, we will also talk you through our fees and levels of service – but while you’re here we can cover some of that off for you. We don’t charge anything upfront, and we only charge when we sell your property. Our level of service is always at the highest standards. From the point of instruction, we are able to get your property live within 24 hours. 

All-Inclusive Package

We have teamed up with a reputable local firm of conveyancers to bring you our all-inclusive package to help save you time and reduce the stress of moving house. If you opt for this service, we will instruct the solicitors when you instruct us, typically saving 2-3 weeks of time on the conveyancing process. This means when your sale is agreed you’ll be legally ready to go. Better still, it’s no fee up front, and one fixed fee on completion.

Beautiful Presentation

We understand how important presentation is, every property receives a ‘For Sale’ board, professional photography, EPC, and floorplan as standard. We have a professional photographer, energy assessor, and marketing team all in-house, meaning we can get your property live in 24 hours. We also offer videography, drone photography, and 3D tours to help tell your properties story to potential buyers.  

Online Exposure

We go above and beyond when it comes to advertising your property. Of course, we advertise all our properties on RightMove, Zoopla, Primelocation & OnTheMarket, but why stop there?

We love social media; we know how important it is to give your property the exposure it deserves! We invest in ‘paid for’ advertising on these channels. This approach has had lots of great feedback and has proved to secure countless leads and sales, and you guessed it, it’s all included in the price.

Database & Property Matching

We have thousands of ready, willing and able buyers in our database which we have built up over the years. Our staff are constantly looking at matching potential buyers to your property. We are proud to say that by using this technique, we are often able to sell properties either before they go to market or within a couple of days.

Negotiation

Getting the right price for your property is our top priority. We use our years of experience and knowledge of current market conditions, as well as taking into account the position of current buyers, amongst many other factors to get you the best possible price for your property. Once a sale has been agreed we have a dedicated sales negotiator on hand to offer advice and guide you right through to completion. We understand how difficult it can be to find the time to ring round and chase people – so we do all that for you to ensure a hassle-free sale.

Conveyancing & Other Services

Over the years we have built up great relationships with a number of local businesses such as conveyancers, removal firms and qualified surveyors who we can recommend to help you. We can send you quotes so you don’t have the added stress of trying to find the best deal allowing you to instruct a variety of services from the comfort of your own home. We also have an independent mortgage advisor on hand, who has saved our clients hundreds of pounds on their mortgage payments.
