If you’re an experienced landlord, you may wish to have access to our extensive database along with our beautiful marketing techniques to help find you a tenant. We don’t just leave it there though – we ensure all the relevant financial checks and references are complete before handing it over to you!


The first stage of renting your property through us, is to book in for a free property valuation. We will use our expertise to give you an accurate and achievable rental valuation of your property.

Beautiful Presentation

We understand how important online presentation is, we take every opportunity to make your property look beautiful. All our photographs are of the highest quality. We also provide one of our eye catching ‘To Let’ boards and EPCs as standard. Better still all of this is included in the price, we’ll never charge you any extra.

Online Exposure

There is no point in making your property look great if no one can see it, we advertise all our properties on Zoopla, Primelocation & OnTheMarket.

We love social media, we think it’s a great way to give your property the exposure it deserves! We will often invest in ‘paid for’ advertising on these channels, this approach has had lots of great feedback and is another way we will go above and beyond, and you guessed it, it’s all included in the price.

Database & Property Matching

We have hundreds of applicants in our database. Our staff are constantly looking at matching potential tenants to your property. By using this technique, we are often able to let properties either before they go to market or within a couple of days.

viewings & referencing

Many of our landlords do not live locally so meeting potential tenants can be difficult – no need to worry, we will arrange all viewings and carry out all the necessary checks including a credit check, affordability check, employment and previous landlord references.

Check in & management

Fully managed properties are thoroughly inventoried, with the deposit held in a government approved scheme as required by law. We will carry out inspections and when maintenance issues arise we will arrange repairs when necessary. But rest assured we don’t spend your money without full consultation with yourselves. We make sure wherever possible that your rent is paid on time and we will even offer rental guarantee insurance where applicable.
