1946 – How we started
Wilson Estate Agents was founded in 1946 by Leslie Wilson, a determined entrepreneur who established the business in Bolsover with a clear focus on honest and reliable service. From the very beginning, trust and reputation were everything. That commitment quickly earned the loyalty of the local community.
The business was later guided by his son Tony and then by his grandson Tim. Each generation brought new perspective, energy and expertise, strengthening the company while protecting its reputation. Together, they built a respected estate agency grounded in professionalism, integrity and a genuine commitment to the people and communities it serves.
Present day
Today, Wilson Estate Agents is proudly led by Jack Wilson, the fourth generation of the family to guide the business forward. Under Jack’s leadership, Wilson has evolved into a dynamic and forward thinking agency, combining deep local expertise with smarter systems, stronger marketing and a more strategic approach to property.
